We collect doors on the first day and take them back to our workshop where the most important step of cleaning and sanding both sides takes place.If the laminate is blown or peeling then this will be removed and the doors are then primed both sides and all imperfections are sorted out.
They are then sprayed 2 coats of a satin topcoat using a special industrial paint which can be tinted to any colour of your choice.This process takes 3 days as you need the paint to cure properly between each coat as each coat is sanded smooth before the next one is applied which gives it the best adhesion.
We then return to your home and spray any side panels and architraves and exposed wood areas so the kitchen will all look uniformed.
The doors and any new hardware are replaced leaving you a transformed kitchen for a fraction of the price of replacing it.
